1. Data We Collect

Attendance Data

The core functionality of the app involves managing member lists and recording attendance for events. This data (including names, event titles, and dates) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you choose to sync it with your own Google Drive.

Usage & Diagnostic Data

To improve app stability and performance, we use Firebase Crashlytics.

• What is collected: Stack traces, crash reports, and basic device information (e.g., device model, OS version).
• Anonymity: This data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII) like your name or email.
• Purpose: To identify and fix bugs and crashes.

2. Google Services & Permissions

Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate your identity for cloud features. We only access your basic profile information (email and name) to facilitate the connection.

Google Drive Sync

If you enable the backup/sync feature:

• Scope: We use the drive.appdata scope. This is a restricted, “hidden” folder in your Google Drive specifically for this application.
• Access: The app cannot see, read, or modify any other files in your personal Google Drive.
• Control: You retain full control over these backup files.

Google Sheets Integration

If you export reports to Google Sheets, the app will request permission to create and update specific spreadsheets.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your attendance data to third parties. Diagnostic data is processed by Google (Firebase) solely for the purpose of app maintenance.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local Data: You can delete all app data by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings or by deleting individual records within the app.
• Cloud Data: You can delete your sync files by disconnecting your Google account and trashing the application data folder in your Google Drive.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
